Home 40

Home 40 is one of Bozeman’s more unique new subdivisions, offering a blend of modern, upscale living and a more private, open feel. It’s located on the highly desired south side of Bozeman, offering a bit more space and seclusion while still being only a short drive from all the conveniences the city has to offer, as well as popular trails up Hyalite.
